PAYMENT, PRICING AND PROMOTIONS

The Lovesations online store accepts the following payment methods: Visa and Mastercard Credit cards and Debit cards and PayPal.

Promotion Codes and Discounts are available from time to time. Please sign up to be a Lovesations member by entering your email in the Subscribe section of the website and we will let you know when we are running a promotion. Or join our Facebook pages or follow us on Instagram to learn about occasional promotions and discounts.

There is a Promotion Code field in the online shopping cart. You must enter the Promotion Code at the time of purchase. We cannot retroactively apply any discounts to an order once you have placed it.

 

CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER

Once your order has been placed, it may not be possible to make changes, substitutions or cancellations before the order is processed and shipped. If the order is already shipped, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to the order.

If you need to cancel a recently placed order, please contact us immediately by sending an email to hellothere@lovesations.com and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
